Parade Day Pillow

Ready for a celebration, Tricia Maloney’s gets us started with another seasonal pillow top. It can be made with ¼ yard each of a red and a blue fabric, plus white for the stars. Or the red and blue can be scrappy - either from a charm pack or scrap bin.
Like all Villa Rosa Designs patterns, it is easy to read with just one size, 18”x 18”. No need for special tools - just your favorite rotary cutter and ruler.
